Primary Purpose:
Facilitate the effective use of technology at the campus level. Provide technical support in the use of hardware and software to multiple campuses.
Provide technical assistance to staff
Qualifications:
Education:
Associate’s degree in computer information systems or electronics and/or experience in technology related field. Technology certifications preferred.
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of computer hardware and software applications
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software problems
Knowledge of technologies available for use in instructional setting
Ability to repair computer and technology equipment
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of network technologies
Experience:
One year technical support experience
Prefer experience in an educational environment |
